Preview File CORRUPTED

How do you replace a corrupted preview file? I'm cutting trailers and spots using a 2-hour long documentary file, I sub-clipped and binned all my sub-clips. The 2-hour long documentary file's preview file, has been corrupted. In my project panel where all my assets are, my sub-clips are fine and are what I originally sub-clipped. However, the same sub-clips from my project panel that are in the timeline are completely different now. This has not been the case for the last month... which leads me to believe its a corrupted preview file.

I just deleted the preview file and it works.
