Creating a signature

I am in the process of signing a document and rather than have a computer generated signature the recipient want my actual signature. I have taken a picture of my signature and have this saved as a PDF file, but it does not look like Adobe is supporting to use a PDF file as a signature. Can you please help me?

Many people expect you to print the PDF and sign the paper. Then post (corrected) the paper or scan it. Best to check what they expect.
