Recently I received 2 fonts from a client and work with Indesign.
When I open the file there is a fonts missing alert.
It shows that the fonts are not available on my computer (windows system).
Typekit is already opening.
If I close the alert, it may be changed as default fonts.
Part of fonts may be found from Typekit.
So, what should I do with this problem?

There is more information on missing fonts in InDesign at:
You'll need to add the missing fonts to your computer, in order for the document to display the way that your client designed it. If the fonts are available for sync use on Typekit, you can use that option to replace some of them. Any fonts that aren't available on Typekit can be purchased from the foundry that owns them or the foundry's reseller.
If you aren't sure where to purchase any of the missing fonts, post a list of the names or a screenshot of the missing font window from InDesign, and we'll try to help with that. Here are instructions on how to take a screenshot, in case you need them: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
