No puedo descargar el PS CC,

No puedo descargar e instalar PS CC, tarda mucho y luego aparece el mensaje de error. Ya trate de descargarlo tres veces. No se que conflicto pueda haber.

Me aparece el "error fatal: 117" y descarga dañada.

Yo tenia antes instalado el CS5, lo desintale y trate de instalar el PS CC, puede ser ese el problema?
