Import from Nikon D750

Picture size from the camera  is about 6MB, after import in LR en export to file size is only about 180 KB.

Do you mean EXPORT? Lightroom does not change your images when you IMPORT them.

Depending on your export settings and many other things, this may be perfectly normal.

So give us the details, what are your export settings, particularly the quality slider and all the settings under Image Sizing.
