i´m trying to cancel my subscription to a mensal plan to the Adobe Acrobat DC, but following the instructions based on the links you send there is no option to cancel it. I cannot even connect to the chat. Please, could you provide a direct link or email to someone that could solve this ? I´m getting very disappointed with this kind of support from Adobe.
