I just installed Photoshop 2017 on my Mac Mini (Sierra 10.12.6) and I have yet to be able to open it. Crashes before it even will open. I'm ready to cancel my subscription right now, since I'm paying for something I can't use, and very frustrated I can't get any real help from Adobe. My 2015 version was crashing mid-use, so I opted for the upgrade, and now I have nothing. Someone please help.
We 're sorry about this frustrated experience. Could you please provide us the crash log that appears post the Photoshop crash so that we can check what is causing the crash?
