You need to add keywords, releases, categories and then submit.
I appreciate the help!
It's strange... I think there was just a delay in receiving the email, because it arrived after my photos had already been posted to my portfolio, & that's what confused me. I wasn't quite sure if I had to take action on the photos already in my portfolio, or if I was missing something else.
I recently submitted 31 photos, all accepted. All also complete with meta-data and keywords. No need for releases. So why am I getting the same email to index and submit, etc.?
I wouldn't worry about it. Just think of it being 'crossed in the mail'. I've had the same in the past and I just ignored it.
Thanks Ricky. Is it safe to assume that if it's showing up in my
Portfolio, it is in fact for sale?

Yes, if it is in your portfolio it is available for sale.
Regarding the indexing message, there is a delay between when the email is generated and when it is sent. If you submit your content during that period of time the message is still sent. If your content is all indexed, please disregard the message.
