Is there a way to send the same form to multiple people to fill out and/or create a cloud link they could access? Each person would need to sign and fill out the form directly.

I am working with a large group of customers. Each person must fill out and sign a PDF; all the same form: but each needs to fill out their own singly. Is there a way to post the form to a link for them?

Sure. You can use the Distribute command in Acrobat, described here: Creating and distributing PDF forms in Adobe Acrobat

Just add a Digital Signature field to your file.
