Indesign CS3 was Crashes when get font not avaiable?

I get font name of text, this is a composite font contain some Fonts not avaiable

Dim strFontname = parm_oPara.Characters(1).AppliedFont.Name

Occur error:

The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))

And Indesign will crashes , if close document.

Why? how can fix this problem?
