Re-Importing Photos into Lightroom 5 after Laptop Crash in Windows 10

My Laptop crashed when updating Windows 10 and I had to re-install Lightroom 5.  I now have an empty Lightroom, but photos are on my hard drive entitled "Lightroom Photo Storage".  How do I re-import those photos into Lightroom correctly, as I am no expert at Lightroom.

Any help would be appreciated.

Step #1 ... don't import anything. Find a recent backup of your Lightroom catalog, and open that by double-clicking on it in your operating system.

Step #2 (if necessary) ... reconnect the files inside of Lightroom (Adobe Lightroom - Find moved or missing files and folders )

Thank you djpaige so much.  It worked and my Lightroom photos are back into Lightroom and I am very happy.  I can't thank you enough.
