Hi, I have an old Acrobat IX license that I'm trying to get installed on a new machine. Unfortunately, the key doesn't seem to be working, and I think I know why -- I recently installed the same license on a machine that had some hardware issues and we ultimately had to return, but I was not able to get into the machine and wipe it before that happened, since the hard drive wasn't working. Can someone please help me reassign or free up this license so I can get it installed on the new machine? Thanks!
You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.
