I subscribed for an annual plan 18 months ago. 6 months later I contacted Adobe to cancel the subscription and they said that they would do it 12 months later. We are 18 months later and the plan has reset for another 12 months without any warning! Now, I am stuck with more payments for a service that I don't use. This is very disappointing and frustrating! It was a 12 months contract, not 24 months!! I am not able to reach anyone from the Adobe support team. Can somebody from Adobe's customer service contact me ASAP?
