Hello so Ive bougth a month of lightroom and photoshop on september 30 and I had to reset my computer since, now i logg in my adobe account and it tells me i have a free plan and only gives me trials download for lightroom and photoshop and offers me to buy a plan ( I HAVE PAYPAL PROOF OF MY PURCHASE) Could someone help me to download lightroom and photoshop ?! this is frustrating ive also ask the live chat 3 times with no answer after a few hours of waiting ( also the send message button is locked on the chat...) So If someone could direct me towards a downloadable for lightroom and photoshop since i already paid i should be able to use them to their fullest ?!!
