As the error message shared above, that itself indicates that the internet security software is causing interruption. As if MS .dll file is missing which is not letting the application to run properly.
If you have any security software installed (as message says its AVG) then you may disable/turn off for a while and check back.
Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.
Let us know if this doesn't help.
Thank you, Akanchha.
When you say security software, you mean antivirus, I suppose. If it is so and I understand well, I’m supposed to disinstall antivirus and re-install again.
Yes, you are correct. I meant to to say antivirus which you first need to Turn Off only, there isn't a requirement to uninstall it.
If it still doesn't work then you can try uninstalling and reinstalling after checking whether Acrobat started functioning properly or not.
Great! It works again!
Thank you so much!
