why do I get 149 psd files when i save as image sequence in photoshop?
I fill in all the info in the dialogue correctly (I am assuming this)
When I try to open in After effects- there is no 1 files but 149 files with psd format.
How do i save the animation in Photoshop into 1 psd.???
I import a dae file from Mixamo.
I have watched many tutorials on saving...and all say the same thing, so why is photoshop giving me so many files???? and not 1 psd....
On the photoshop timeline there is only one video...
I thought this was straight forward.. Am i missing a step??
That is what image sequence means. A group of images in sequential order. Each numbered, one image per frame.
If you want a single file, just use the save as command.
so how do you make this work in after effects- install all 149 psd's?
Place all of the images into a folder with nothing else in that folder. When you import the sequence in after affects, select just the first image then at the bottom of dialog box check the sequence check box, then click ok. After affects will know to load all the images in that folder with out you needing to select the rest of the images.
