As per your query InDesign CS6 is not working.
Please try resetting preferences for InDesign. For details click here Set preferences in Adobe InDesign
If it still does not help, we would need some information like:
Operating System(Exact Version of Windows or MAC)
Where should i put the preferences?
The program closes immediatly and says there are hard problems.
My operating System is Windows 10
thx a lot!
CS6 is unsupported under Windows 10. Beyond trashing preferences, the only suggestion I have is to run the application in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
The other Programs from the Adobe creative suit are working.. only indesign doesn*t...
I don*t get how to Change the preferences.. can you explain me?
Here's an easy way to reset your preferences:
Close InDesign. Then hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and relaunch InDesign. Respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences.
But if using InDesign is mission critical to your work you should considerer upgrading to InDesign CC2015/2017.
