stop adobe after highlighting

Hi everyone.when  I am highlighting my PDF file after  30 minutes adobe reader stop highlighting and I cannot  highlight anymore so I have to reset my laptop and open my PDF file again to read and highlighting.I wholeheartedly appreciate if someone help me a.Thank u by all means

Exactly what do you mean by having “to reset my laptop?” Does the whole system freeze and you need to reboot? Or is only the Adobe Reader application becoming non-responsive?

my adobe reader become non responding I have to shut down my laptop and

open adobe again
