Need to re-install Lightroom 6

I need to reinstall Lightroom 6 on a computer that has no internet access. Normally I save new versions and updates to a folder just incase I need to reinstall. When I went to my Adobe folder and opened the last 6.1 zip file it contains 12 files but only has an AdobePatchInstaller.exe. It does not have an install Lightroom 6.exe.

How do I get a new lightroom 6 installer.
