AE - How to see and change numerical values of the position of a vertex of a path in a mask or a shape layer?

Problem: I need exact control of vertexes of paths.

Bonus: Split X, Y, Z positions for separate keyframes.

Note: Snapping to PROPORTIONAL grids might work, but there seems to be no way to do that. I would like to avoid making custom guides to snap the vertices to.

You can see the precise position of a vertex when it is selected by looking at the info Panel. There is no way to manually type in or enter values.
