Hallo ich habe keine lizenz mehr jedoch konnte ich bis vor kurtzem problemlos weiterhin meine datenbank nutzen.

Wie kann ich meine Fotos nun mit meinen infos exportieren ?

There should be nothing stopping you from exporting your photos with edits and metadata. What is stopping you?

Haben die Bilder '!' oder die Ordner '?'

This is not correct. Even if the CC license has expired, the expired Lightroom CC software will work to allow users to use the Library Module and export their photos.

If the OP can't launch Lr to get to the catalog library in the first place how will the images be exported?

Lightroom CC with expired license will launch. Where does it say that he can't launch Lightroom? (Perhaps this got lost in translation ... but really, did he say that it won't launch?)
