hard to say but my suggestion would be to quit all creative cloud apps and then try to re-launch them.
if that doesn't work. consider restarting your computer and launching again.
if that doesn't work....consider doing a full uninstall and reinstall.
I've done what you have suggested before I even posted here. Such a strange issue.
That is weird. Have you reset your preferences?
