I need to work on a booklet which was designed by a colleague who is using the latest version of CC2017. He has used Din 2014 from the typekit library.
I am running CC2015 - I'm unable to upgrade to CC2017 because I'm on a mac which is mid 2011. The creative Cloud app wont let me update.
I have a full Creative Cloud licence.
Is there any work around for me to be able to use the same font/typekit? This is a big problem for me if not.
I'm sorry you ran into trouble here. You should be able to sync fonts from older versions of the Creative Cloud app.
Would you sign into Typekit.com and visit: DIN 2014 | Typekit and try syncing the font to your computer? What happens when you do this?
Let me know and we'll take it from there. Thanks for your help here.
My problem is that I am running El Capitan. The Creative Cloud app is trying to update but it constantly fails. I need to open the Creative Cloud app to be able to sync the fonts,
