the version of wacom driver is the latest, the version of windows 10 is 1703 build 16257.1
if i uncheck " use windows ink" and insert psuconfig in photoshop config i dont have pressure on the brush
Both photoshop and wacom drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled
Try resetting all tools.
To do this
- Choose any tool, e.g. the Brush Tool
- Click on the arrow alongside the tool
- Choose Reset all tools.( you will lose any customizations you may have made)
- Ensure that the "Always use Pressure for Opacity" and the "Always use Pressure for Size" is enabled.
Let us know if this works.
If not you may want to try and rest preferences to factory defaults
No doesn't work
So try going to factory defaults and see if that works.
- Quit Ps
- Hold Ctrl+Alt+Del whilst starting up Ps.
are you sure is del ?
ok, i have reset preferences, but i don't have pressure on brush
What version of Wacom driver. I showed you I have the same Windows version, and Photoshop version and an Intuos Pro Small as you. The version of Wacome and my Wacom and PS configures to use Wintab API. I do not have a problem like you have. Use the Wacom utility to delete all wacom preferences and start from its defaults and configure your preferences from there. Start PS with Shift held skip loading thirt party plug-ins. Uninstalling PS doe not rest your user ID Photoshop Preferebces. Make sure you reset them.
OK, I agree with JJ Mack.
We need to try and sort out your Wacom drivers.
Before you do that though, do you have another application like Ai or Lr that can handle pressure?
Try it there to see if the problem is universal or exclusive to Ps please
ok i reinstalled the driver (6.3.23-1)
i try on Ai and the pressure go (uncheck use windows ink)
i try on affinity and work
i try on krita and work
i think is a ps problem
