Chapter markers in PRE

Can I use markers to create chapters in my event movie that will let the viewer select a scene to jump to. This menu would be

located with the title block and the chapters would be named. If this can be done would it export to HD dvd and Blu Ray?

Yes, the Menu Markers you add to your Premiere Elements project will appear on your main menu and scene menus, allowing your viewer to jump to spots on your movie.

Once you've added the markers, you can add a menu template and output your movie as a DVD or BluRay disc.
