PhotoShop crashing the moment you hit ctrl+p

I've had a couple of users report this error to me over the past couple of days.

I've tried the ctrl+alt+shift fix, as well as sfc /scannow and installing ccleaner and cleaning the registry, but still no luck.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
