Hello,

I purchased PS yesterday and I have trouble installing it on my Mac. As soon as I click the "open" button in my Creative Cloud another window pops up "An unrecoverable problem has occurred. PS will now exit."

Anybody how can help me with that?

Presumably you mean subscribed to Photoshop.

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences:

Close Photoshop, then hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and relaunch Photoshop. Respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences.

I've done the Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift but nothing happened.

And you also launched Photoshop, whilst holding down those keys?

If that's so, you'd better uninstall Photoshop using the drop down in the Creative Cloud App (see screen shot below), then run Adobe Cleaner Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems before reinstalling Photoshop.
