I got the image checked, however, the image appears to be fine. I think you got confused with both the images.
I'm not sure what happened but I got two different images downloaded with the same image number which did confuse me, but with these things there's some many variables between servers and users systems that could go not quite right but I'm not ruling out an error on my part.
but anyway, thank you for the refund/credit.
