I'm trying to insert a video into a still image as realistic as i can, such as in this video:
However, I don't know how to take out the reflections of my green screen inside the frame and put it on the new video.
Keylight usually does a good job of keeping reflections and losing the chroma screen.
I don't usually use green or blue screen for reflections when using corner pin compositing to replace things in frames. Dark gray or even black in the picture frames would give you more compositing options and a cleaner result especially with compressed footage from a consumer or prosumer camera.
Maybe this tutorial will help. It shows some advanced tracking and compositing effects that work very well:
