I wonder if there is a limit to the number of faces I can teach Lightroom to recognize, or if I should limit this number for any reason? Up to now I have limited the number of persons to my closest group of relatives and friends, about 50. Should it be OK or advisable to expand to a larger group, perhaps recognizing faces of several hundreds, or more?
Would this slow down Lightroom? Would Lightroom be more prone to mistakes due to similar faces? Or would there be any other practical drawbacks to having a larger number of faces to be recognized?
As of now, there's no limitation on the number of faces and it should not cause any slow performance if you have more number of faces detected.
