After updating to Sierra, PhotoShop CS6 keeps crashing on me. I do NOT want to switch to PS CC. I read about resolving the issue during installation by right clicking on the installer and all of the steps after that, but I can't re-install CS6 because the original version I purchased was for Windows and I am now using a Mac. I had it switched over, but now I do not have the ability to reinstall the Mac version for some reason. When I check my Adobe account, the only option is to install the Windows version and there is nothing in my order history or anywhere that I can find to allow a Mac installation. Is there a way to fix the Sierra issue without reinstalling PS CS6?? Thanks for any help!!
If you put in a request for a cross-platform exchange, you get a case number. If successful, you get a Mac serial number and the case is closed. Only then will you be able to install and activate the Mac version.
