I have used a new registered adobe id for my wiley book. But due to some sys issue, I cannot received the verification email via the email address for this ID. The support team helped sending many emails but none of them could be received. Because I forgot my password, I cannot use this ID anymore, and cannot read my ebook any more.
Could you please help? I have registered new ID, but cannot link with previous bought books.
It is not possilbe to move files to a other adobe ID form adobe.
You can make 2 things:
1) Contact the reseller of the order eBook and ask for new downloads which can link again with the new adobe id....
2) You can ask for change the account to a other mail address by the customer support (this need any time).
