We recently installed Adobe Acrobat DC 2017 for an end-user. They clicked on the Create PDF tool and attempted to open an Excel 2010 spreadsheet. Following message appeared: “Missing PDFMaker files. Do you want to run the installer in Repair Mode?” We ran the installer in Repair Mode but nothing happened. The error continues to occur, even after uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat. The user is forced to open the spreadsheet in Excel and use the Print to PDF function.
