Dimensions des fichiers raw (cr2)

Bonjour

La suite photoshop (bridge, raw converter) ne reconnait pas correctement les dimensions des fichiers raw (cr2): 4480x5600 à la place de 4480x6720.

Il me manque 1120 colonnes de pixels!

Les informations sont là puisque d'autres programmes les "voient" (par exemple digikam).

Mon appareil photo Canon eos 5d iv

Je n'ai pas la moindre idée comment résoudre ce problème et je n'ai rien trouvé sur les forums.

Hi

Have you got a custom crop set in the camera settings (i.e. in camera not in Photoshop)?

If so, have you tried "Clear Crop " in ACR. Click and hold on the crop tool and choose clear crop from the menu
