exporting and color conversion for print

I have artwork created in Flash MX 2004 that I need to print. I have never done this and am concerned about color matching.

I realize that Flash works in RGB; my printers need the file in CMYK and as Photoshop or Illustrator files. Should I export the image from Flash and place it in Photoshop? I seem to remember that Flash can convert to CMYK, but can't find validation. Should I copy and paste from the Flash file into PS? My primary concern is to do this as simply as possible as I'm dealing with a lot of art and don't want to spend the time recoloring if I can avoid it. Thanks.
