Pixel / Line Artifacts

I recently began having these white artifacts appear. They are not in my design file, and I have ruled out all driver, hardware, and like issues. I believe the issue to be in Illustrator itself. Any idea what they are, or where they come from... or most importantly, how to make them stop appearing?

Try turning off GPU Performance. Click on the rocket ship in the top Illustrator menu bar.
