Unable to scan any document (Canon MF5770) from Acrobat X Pro

Hi! I'm unable to scan any document (Canon MF5770) from Acrobat X Pro. I'm using the standard procedure, but then Acrobat just stops and never scans. If I try to close Acrobat X I get the following message: "This operation is not allowed, since scanning is in process".

I'm using Windows 10 64bits.
