I tried to download a programm via skype which a friend sent to me, it asked me with which programm I wanted to open the link.

I clicked on acrobat reader, after that every single programm on my desktop turned into a PDF file and can´t be opened anymore.

I tried to restart my PC , didn´t work, I tried to deinstall acrobat reader and it didn´t work either.

I need urgent help!!
