Turn off press and hold for right click. Getting rid of those circles on a Surface Studio.

I am using photoshop on a Surface Studio.  I know how to get rid of those circles on a Wacom, but the Surface doesn't have a pen and touch option.  Does anyone know how to turn off those annoying circles on a Surface Studio?

Have you tried turning of Windows Right click and hold? I only have a Surface Pro 3 Windows 10 has Pen and touch
