Reader is a free program that is not installed with a Cloud subscription - Reader downloads https://get.adobe.com/reader

Then why did you say "READER does not respond"?
Acrobat READER is a free program. It is not part of Creative Cloud Apps.

The Cloud manager is 32bit to run on all computers... SOME programs (such as Premiere Pro) are 64bit
