How can view default Font substitute, if target font is missing?

My Data using font name: "AAA", but Font "AAA" not install in my PCs,

If i open file, my data using a default font?

What is name of default font?

Go to Type > Find Font find and fix missing fonts.

Yes, Default font is Minion Pro, But It is not font substitute using to display my data.

Because my data ex: "导轨库浪霸" font name is [Hiragino Sans GB]

If i set "Minion Pro" to "导轨库浪霸", it can't display,

So i think font substitute using to display my data is a other Fonts.

It's a built in MultipleMaster font that is used as substitution for any missing one.

What is your version of InDesign? On what OS platform?

In my German Mac OSX InDesign I can see AdobeSansMM and KentenGeneric.otf as required in the app package.

That's for InDesign CC v 9.3.0. Other versions could have different requirements, but I think, that AdobeSansMM should be always one of the required fonts.
