How to get not downloaded images when monthly subscription is cancelled

Hi, I used Adobe Stock for months with the monthly subscription for 10 images. Once I stopped the subscription, I still had more than 60 images remaining. Which I paid for. And now, they are completely gone from my account. How can I have them back. I paid for them! Thanks for helping me.

Bonjour, j'ai utilisé Adobe Stock pour plusieurs mois avec la formule 10 images par mois. Lorsque j'ai arrêté la formule, j'avais encore plus de 60 images restantes à télécharger. No. You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
