Please see for yourself which version of Camera Raw supports a camera and which version of Photoshop is compatible with that ACR version:

And if your version of ACR should be able to process the RAW files but errors the reason might be Nikon software having damaged the files in transfer.

In that please case try to manually copy the files to your computer with a card-reader.
