Urgent Photoshop HELP!

Urgent HELP please !!!!

I have an urgent problem every time I zoom in Photoshop,
this happens with the image. What do I do?
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program - It does not work..

Hello, to check if your display drivers are causing the issue, disable "Use Graphics Processor" in Edit>Preferences>Performance then restart Photoshop.
Please also post the contents of "Help>System Info..."
