Our firm has Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed.  Some of our users are not getting any search results when searching for tools in the "Find your tools here" field.  For example, if they search for a known tool, like redact, no search results are returned.  I can't seem to find a cause or solution for this.

Hi Rita L,

As per the description above, you are not able to find any Tools in the "Find your Tools here" option, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat Pro DC installed from Help>Check for updates.

You may also try repairing the installation file of Acrobat Pro DC from Help>Repair Installation.

Keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Thanks for the quick response.

We have tried repairing but that did not correct the problem.

We are currently using (Continuous) 2015.23.20056 which is the latest version for 2015.

We have also tried to uninstall and reinstall, all without success.

Hi Rita L,

Please try to uninstall the Acrobat Pro DC using the Acrobat Cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Then restart the computer, and reinstall the Acrobat Pro DC: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

Keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
