We subscribe to approx 2.5k worth of products a month. This subscription ends in June 2017
I'm interested in changing from paying via credit card to being invoice monthly / bank transfer.
I'm told that I have to cancel the subscriptions (incurring 50% cancellation fee for the remainder of the term - so approx 13k) then setup a new account and reassign all of my users.
Has anybody else come across this? Seem fairly bizarre!
I am not aware of being able to do a bank transfer... but I don't work for Adobe

I apologize for the trouble and I understand for concern.
I agree that you would have been asked to cancel the subscription and then purchase another one as the mode of payment has to be changed but you do not have to pay the cancellation fee if you are subscribing the plan again just via a different payment method.
Is there a case reference number which I can refer for your interaction with support if you had any? Else I would request you to Contact Customer Care for the request.
