Clone Stamp Tool availability

Hi. Does anyone know if the clone stamp tool is available only in Photoshop? I recently got an iPad Pro and was hoping to work in the full Photoshop version on my iPad but Adobe does not make it available for iOS although some other apps it does. So, I'm trying to find out if I can work in any other Adobe apps (e.g., Illustrator) if they have a clone stamp tool. Thanks!

The Mobile Apps are not full scale versions of the software.  Thus the tools are not the same.

Photoshop Extended for desktop has the Clone Stamp and  content aware Healing Brush tools.
