1. Which OS you are using?
2. Which browser you are using to sign in to color.adobe.com ?
3. From which country you are accessing color website ?
4. Provide us the email id being used by you to sign in color services?

3. I'm accessing the website from Norway
4. My email id is email@example.com
I've had this problem when trying to log on several devices. I'm suspecting it maybe has something to do with my Adobe ID?
