    Issues with the License


      Dear community,


      I purchased Photoshop CC on 12 September 2016, but today if I start the app, I get a message which says that my Trial has expired.  Bridge opens, but if I try to open an image with Photoshop from Bridge, I get the same message that the Trial has expired.


      I even received a message from Adobe about the renewal of the license which isn't until mid September 2017 so I am confused why I lost access now.


      Any ideas ?

          Use the creative cloud desktop application and log in with you Adobe account that has your CC subscription that should update your CC activation to work for the next few months.  With a subscription you need to do this every few  months to keep your activation current.
