Re-installed the program due to error message "... imslib not found.." New install would not load "Error 28000...." Finally was able to install with the recommended change to the registry. Now the program launches but closes within seconds. Tried to open pdf's same result - launches and then closes with seconds. I have Adobe Acrobat DC (2015) Classic running on Windows 10.
As per the description above, the Acrobat is crashing once you launch it, Is that correct?
Please use Adobe Cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to remove the installed Acrobat, then restart the computer.
Reinstall the Acrobat: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
